Birth Doula Package
As a certified birth doula, I provide emotional and physical support during labor and delivery. I will provide continuous support during labor and birth that may include massage, relaxation techniques, emotional support, encouragement, education, position suggestions, partner support, birth planning, and some breastfeeding support.
The Cultivating Arrows Birth Doula Contract includes:
- 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each) Typically at 30 and 37 weeks. Providing Birth planning, birth education and prep.
- 24/7 Call, Text, and email support throughout pregnancy
- Continuous Labor and Birth support and 2 hours of after birth support if needed
- Lite Photography offered during labor when I am not directly needed for birth assistance if desired
- 1 postpartum visit (1-2 hours)
Postpartum Doula Support
The postpartum period can be challenging for new parents. That's why I offer postpartum support to ensure a smoother transition into parenthood. From breastfeeding guidance to emotional support, I am here to help you every step of the way. I can provide support in healing your self, soothing the baby, and feeding assistance as well.
Other services I can provide as a Postpartum Doula:
- Newborn care
- Sibling support with new baby
- Light house cleaning
- Light Meal Preparation
Over-Night Doula Services
As an over-night doula,
-I would assit in caring for your baby and you so you can get some much-needed rest.
-I also will do some tidying such as light laundry folding if the time allows it.
-If the baby has a rough night then I will be 100% focused on them so you can sleep and not worry, etc.
